Sandra is fair, approachable, and compassionate.
Since Sandra became the manager at SI, the entire climate has improved. She facilitated getting the staff the equipment needed and even hosted one-on-one meetings with the entire team to see how she can support them. Sandra is always dressed in scrubs ready to work with the rest of them. Her door is always open to concerns or recommendations. Her constant encouragement and desire to help us grow in our personal goals has allowed us to create a whole new climate. Sandra genuinely cares about her staff. She is fair, approachable, and compassionate. Sandra is the reason we have met the patient flow goals and continue to provide exemplary patient care. We are so grateful for her leadership and commitment to the staff. You can’t find a better manager.
