Sandra was my pre-op nurse for eye surgery to close a macular hole. Sandra was completely competent and informative about everything that occurred during that process. What distinguishes her, however, is the warmth of her interactions with me. She was friendly, interested in her patient, and completely responsive to all my questions. Consequently, I felt far more secure about the procedure than I did when I walked in. To be treated like the most important thing in her day, which undoubtedly was busy with many other insecure patients needing attention, was an unexpected gift.
