From the very first telephone call to speak about my first surgery; Sandra White was able to hear in my voice the anxiety, fear, and overall sadness. She was so patient, kind and went beyond to comfort me and help me talk through my fears. She was also my advocate when my surgery was changed by the surgeon’s office for a reason that was told to me in a negative way. I called Sandra and she immediately escalated my issue and surgery went back to my original date. Sandra called me last week to schedule my second surgery and it was like talking to family. She is what a nurse should be and then some. Please know with all my heart that she is an angel on Earth.
