On 6/19, my last night at Mercy, she realized I wasn't her patient that night and that I was leaving the next day. Before her shift she came to my room to wish me the best and said it was a joy to take care of me. I'd be fine, gave me a hug and squeezed my hand. She's a great nurse. It really touched me! Wish she was at my home now!

Sandy has more ambition than many nurses put together - very sweet & attentive - above and beyond - always got fresh water, fixed pillow, made me feel comfortable. Explained what and why she was doing things. Just great!
