Sandy showed exceptional quality of care. It was like she was my private nurse with me being her only patient. She took the time to discuss meds with me and was curious about how my life was improved because of them. She showed me empathy to the point where I felt like family. No matter what I needed or when she made me feel as if it was a pleasure to help me. I almost went to another hospital, but her care and the quality of it made me glad I came to Mercy. I have worked with and around many many nurses, but Sandy stands out and above most of the others. All staff here was exceptional, very qualified and a joy to have when I was scared and basically all alone. Nurses here are angels.
