Sandra has always exhibited selflessness in all that she does! She ensures that staff receive the best guidance in education, making sure that the learning environment is fun. Sandra embraces each educational opportunity with open arms and does not shy away from any challenges. She quickly identifies learning needs and with this, she collaborates effectively with Nursing Leaders in the Columbus Hub. Sandra initiated the New Grad Boot Camp to provide much-needed exposure to skills that were lacking with new grads based on a deficiency in previous clinical experiences. She is pivotal in facilitating onboarding of new employees and continuing education for current staff. She puts others first before her needs and embodies the Mission and Values of Piedmont! Sandra is a role model and a mentor for all!
