Sandra Rosales was so caring and listened to my Mother's needs, she exhibited empathy and helped my Mother to settle down when she was anxious. Sandra also went out of her way to make sure I received explanations when I asked questions; it was very comforting to know that she looked after my Mother and me. From the get-go, Sandra was very welcoming and very informative. We realize just how special and extraordinary Sandra really is.
