Sandra Terracina, RN

My mother was seen in the ERH Emergency Room. She was extremely weak and running a high fever. Sandra was the first nurse in the room and proceeded to treat my mom as her own. She kept us updated on the process and made sure my mother was comfortable.

My mom was placed on observation from the ER for the next couple of days. Sandra made sure to go to the inpatient floor and personally check on her. Every time I see her on shift, she asks how my mother is doing. I was seen in the ER  for dehydration, and Sandra was my nurse. I was extremely weak and fatigued. Sandra made my experience comfortable and trusting.

She is extremely kind and friendly. She is an asset to our emergency department.
