Sandra took care of my husband from the first day of admission to the last day he took his final breath. She fought so hard for him to get the breathing tube and was his biggest advocate. She made a promise to him that he wouldn’t be in pain and he would be comfortable the whole time, and she did just that. She dealt with my very big family, the million questions we had, and the constant reassurance we so desperately needed as a unit. She truly is an angel on this earth. The compassion and love she gave to my husband, myself, my kids, and the whole family was beyond what we could have asked for.
