Sandra was nominated by a co-worker for her extraordinary care of a vented patient who was having Goals of Care conversations and feeling very sad. Sandra coordinated a team to take the patient, vent, and all outside to enjoy the sun and fresh air! The patient and the patient's family was so pleased that they had a dance party to celebrate! Sandra enhances patient experience, cares like family, and always raises the bar!
