Sandra has been amazing throughout my district nursing journey. She took ownership of me as a patient and made sure action was happening. When my wound wasn't improving, she did everything in her power to help me. Asking for other opinions and doing external research in her own time. Following up with regular phone calls to see how I was feeling and how my other appointments had gone. Making sure she was seeing me every time she was on rostered days. She has put me at ease and given me peace of mind. Fantastic nurse and would recommend her to everyone! She is the reason I have decided to study nursing instead of midwifery in 2 years' time. She made me feel at ease and kept my mental health good, ensuring my care was the best!
