When Sandra entered the room and introduced herself, she told me that she would be my nurse during my outpatient surgery. I immediately felt at ease. She was very competent, compassionate, caring, and friendly. She did everything in her power to accommodate my husband and me. She told us that she had been in similar circumstances, and her stories helped give me hope that everything was going to be okay.
Sandra told us that as a little girl she had helped a man who had injured his arm and it was like she was destined to be a nurse, even as a child. I'm so glad she followed her dream, worked hard, and achieved her goal. She truly made a difference in my life during my short stay in her care. Thank you.
