Sandy has been a nurse for a long time but she obviously is in the right field because she still has the compassion of a new nurse.
During my stay in mother baby as a first time mom during COVID, Sandy went above and beyond her job requirements to care for me. While she was wonderful with helping me attempt breastfeeding, she was also wonderful I'm so many other ways. When this nurse came to my room it wasn't just to help feed my baby, she also gave her care towards me. She took me to the bathroom, would tidy up my room and supplies, and would sit there and listen and actually cared about what I needed. She never hesitated to give me help and that's what makes her an awesome nurse. She's been a nurse for a long time but she obviously is in the right field because she still has the compassion of a new nurse.
Thank you for taking such good care of me and my son when I was there in June. The kindness you showed me did not go unappreciated. I was and still am so grateful that I had you during my stay. Being a first time mom is hard, being one during COVID with no visitors is hard. She made that stay so much easier and every time she entered my room I felt at ease knowing she was there and would provide me compassionate care with a smile. Sandy, you are a beautiful person and my whole family appreciates all the work you did.
