Sandy Filban, RN

When I came to the 6th floor after my surgery, I was not feeling good and was in extreme pain. I felt that Nurse Sandy was my angel. She sat across the hall where she knew I could see her. I truly felt that I was not going to make it through the night.

Sandy stayed with me through her entire shift, making sure I had everything I needed. I felt totally safe while she was sitting where I could see her. She took special time to talk to me and my wife. When Sandy left for another shift, she still checked on me by looking in and even calling.

I felt that she was my savior!
