Sandy Heath, BSN, RN

Sandy was most generous and kind to our entire family during a very difficult time. From the 1st moment when my brother was assigned to her and thereafter while caring for other patients, she showed us she truly cared. In 1st week, my brother had a leg amputation with a low likelihood of survival, she was there for us all. 2nd week, hope emerged with the need to amputate 2nd leg, but my brother's heart and lungs were too damaged and weak. Sandy immensely helped us all get through such a traumatic time of certain death without a miracle. Sandy led all through confusion, pain, and sorrow, making such a difficult time more bearable. Almost all the staff were very helpful, but Sandy provided us with a bright star in a time of heavy darkness. We cannot say enough about people like Sandy giving us peace.
