Sandy was extremely patient, kind, and understanding when I was about to go through my second c-section. She was very attentive and treated me as if I were her own child about to undergo major surgery. She always knew the right thing to say, with a gentle tone, and would make me laugh when she saw I was nervous or anxious.

Sandy was very welcoming and knowledgeable upon arrival. She explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had without hesitation. She was very warm and made us feel at home.
