My 10-month-old niece was admitted onto the ward with breathing difficulties. Sandy was attentive, experienced and explained everything that was happening. She monitored the baby constantly but without us being worried. She escalated the observations and the baby got moved into the High Dependency Unit. Sandy was so professional and reassuring constantly. She displays all of the Trust values. She also had a humorous side which helped to alleviate some of the stress. Sandy is an excellent nurse and a huge asset to the Children's Ward. Thank you so much.
