My Dad developed an infection that brought him to the hospital. This infection brought on failure of the kidneys, heart and many other body parts. After he was in the hospital for 2 weeks, we ended up sitting by his hospital bed and watching him take his last breath. We were fortunate enough to have Sandy as a nurse for his last days. She was by far the most passionate, personal and caring person on the staff that we encountered throughout this 2 weeks. She truly was a comfort during this difficult time-always checking on us and my Dad and always trying to go above and beyond in any way she could.

She really cares for her patients and does take her career to heart. I really hope this hospital knows what they have in this wonderful nurse.
