Saneesh is a dedicated professional. His patients come first, he will delay tea and lunchtimes. With his willingness to do what is needed, he went on a trip with his resident and after he came back and settled the resident, we got a call for him to go back to Tawam. With a smile, he said, “it's fine, I’ll just take a bottle of water and have lunch when I get back”, it was 3 pm. He will adjust and agree whenever assignment changes are needed. He will comment “I will do what is needed for the block”. He takes care of the residents with critical insight and knowledge. He will not hesitate to give suggestions that can improve the outcome for his residents. His teamwork is very positive, and he is well respected. His leadership and experience in the handling of his block are organized and professional. He is well trusted by the medical team. Therefore, I believe he is a true DAISY Nurse. He fulfills all the PETALS of the flower.
