I was in the Emergency Room last night with my daughter. She had suffered a facial injury. The Triage Nurse who checked us in helped to calm my daughter. She helped with the stitches. She just took such good care of her AND of me. (I was getting emotional, too!)

She was amazing. She was so kind, so collected, and so empathic. She knew just what to say and what to do. Nurses sometimes need to hear from their patients so that they know how much they really are appreciated. Thank you so much.
