She greeted me with a smile when she introduced herself. My blood pressure was slightly high. I told her I had walked to the center from a long distance. After taking my blood pressure, she told me to rest a little and said she would repeat the test. My blood pressure did indeed decrease, and she called me "Mom". I love dealing with her in the future.

A role model for Arab nurses who take their duties seriously. Her approach and communication with my mother were excellent, and her blood-drawing skills were also excellent.

Sara was incredibly kind. She realized that I'm afraid of needles and eased my fear to the point that I didn't feel the needle or any fear at all.
