Sara Boone 2024, RN

Sara was patient and supportive, always listening to my grandpa and making sure he felt heard. She also made sure his pain medications were on schedule and worked with the medical team to adjust them as needed. I was also grateful for how she included my aunt and me in care decisions and answered all our questions with kindness. Sara was always cheerful and encouraging, never rushing or making us feel like she was too busy. She took the time to get to know my grandpa beyond just his role as a patient, even letting him give her mini-language lessons (he spoke several different ones and loved to teach) and encouraging him to share his life stories. Thank you, Sara, for being a breath of fresh air and for always smiling. I’m so thankful for the wonderful care you gave.
