Sara Brower, RN, BSN

Sara assisted the Postpartum unit with blood draws for our newborn daughter. She was super professional, efficient, and effective at getting our daughter’s labs drawn. She let our baby stay with us in the room until she was set up in the nursery. She drew the blood quickly and returned our baby to us personally. She then gave us an update, including where she drew the blood from and that she changed a dirty diaper for us. Perhaps most importantly, she spent 15 extra minutes listening to our concerns and explained specific follow-up plans she made to help alleviate our concerns. She also gave the most heartfelt apology that surfaced our concerns. She is a star.
