After 5 days in SICU my father was transferred to East 5. Sara remembered my father from his time here after his stroke this Spring. I spoke to Sara about the problem we have been having. My father was wrongly labeled an alcoholic due to an error. Because of that error, every complication was attributed to that despite his family's continual arguing and pleading for days. Sara who remembered my father could tell that something was wrong. She convinced the doctors to run tests. After an MRI, it was discovered that he had been having strokes while in the ICU. Sara's boldness and care may have saved his life.
