Sara took the time to research me and my needs prior to caring for me. She is very sensitive to my special concerns and needs regarding anesthesia. She even took time to have an extra consult with the anesthesiologist before I met with him to give him a heads-up. She has the perfect personality for what she does. She makes an already nervous situation a ton easier to take. She was just very kind and patient. The perfect nurse. She was positive and had a very calming presence. The way she spoke sounded happy, knowledgeable, and confident. I just think she is a perfect example of customer service. She establishes trust with the patient and family from the first minute.
