Sara Elchynski

The I CARE principle that Sara has demonstrated the most to me is excellence. She always strives to work hard to do the very best she can on all of her nursing exams, but she also strives to give the best care she can for her patients. Sara specifically strived for the highest quality care when she was in her pediatric rotation. She constantly talked about all of the things she could do to be a better nurse for the patients she was caring for. This truly showed me how passionate she was about nursing, but also how passionate she was about pediatrics and her patients in general. She would go out of her way to make her patient's day, which in turn she found so much joy in.

She continuously strives to be the best she can in all of her nursing endeavors. She is someone I look up to, and I am so proud of her for all of her hard work thus far in her career.
