Sara consistently demonstrates high work ethics and standards. She is a "high performer" and is solidly committed to the best quality outcomes of all of the patients on the Med Surg Unit. She is highly efficient in operations. She is constantly problem-solving workflow challenges, documentation gaps, patient falls, and all things that need to be ordered, maintained, or repaired. She is a steadfast nurse who ensures that all of her patient care is focused on high-reliability principles. She is a role model to all of her peers. She will assist any nurse in all departments to include urgent patient matters. She is an excellent nurse.

Sara is not only an exceptional nurse in her own right, but she is an exceptional nurse for other nurses and all the patients on the floor. Every day she works is a win for everyone in the building. I have worked in many hospitals and with many nurses and this nurse stands out among them all. She often not only knows what your patients need or want before you, but she also takes care of that need. We are all in good hands when she is around.
