My mother was a patient at your facility for 42 days and ultimately ended up on North Tower 4. I would like to thank all of the staff for her excellent care. I would especially like to praise Sara for treating my mom with the utmost professionalism and integrating my family into her recovery. My mother had several comorbidities; heart arrhythmias, renal failure, PE, diabetes, and depression to name a few. Her transfer to Ideal Senior Living Center was delayed by recurring renal calculi. Sara was able to maintain her skin integrity and troubleshoot ways to motivate Mom to get out of bed and ambulate. My mother was difficult to assess because she had become almost non-communicative. I know it takes a team to provide a positive outcome, and I am also grateful to the Care Managers, PT/OT, Speech Therapy, all of the RNs, and the ancillary staff that took care of Mom. Now she is finally at Ideal to gain strength and regain some independence. She is taking steps with a walker and one assist! Our family is eternally grateful to everyone, especially Sara.
