I had the pleasure of meeting and receiving care from Sara during my ED visit. Sara has a great bedside manner and an incredible way of putting someone at ease. It's already stressful being in a hospital but with the COVID-19 pandemic in full force, it just exacerbates the situation. So, if Sara has the capability to ease a patient's fears and anxieties during these days of uncertainty, then I'm sure it's safe to say she is one heck of a good nurse.
During my ED visit, not only did Sara care for me but my 16-year-old son as well. We both received excellent care due to her ability to organize and coordinate well. My son has a fear of hospitals that makes it nearly impossible to convince him to go seek necessary help at times. But, after this ED visit, he admitted that not all hospital visits are bad - all because of Sara. He mentioned how much he liked her and appreciated all her kindness.
