Sara was so wonderful! I am a young adult and had to come to Children's. I know this is a kid's hospital but Sara talked to me, explained procedures to me, and made me feel like I wasn't in a "kid's" hospital. She helped us to go to the "Teen Center," which was so much fun. She explained all my meds and procedures to me too. My mom was always there, but Sara talked to me which was awesome. She let me talk and listen when the doctors did their rounds. I loved being a part of my surgery and recovery. Sara is magnificent and made my experience actually good. Thanks again, Sara, we are very lucky to have you.
