Sara is described as a true patient advocate and is recognized by her patients/families and peers as having excellent customer service and clinical expertise. When a patient in the ED began to decline, she stayed with the patient and went to check on the patient when she was moved to ICU. The family was truly grateful and described her as "an angel who was called into the nursing profession".
