Sara is willing to learn all aspects of leadership roles. She came in at all hours to observe various learning opportunities. She participated in group settings often and has great ideas to contribute. Sara has completed a project to help nurses during the discharge process. Often, students just try to get their hours and be done with it, but Sara really tried to make the most of her experience and make a difference!
