The reason I am sending this note is to let you know that Sara, in the O.R is an exceptional nurse. My wife was there on the 8th for a procedure and she was so blessed to have Sara taking care of her. This nurse went out of her way to ensure that we were informed about what has happened, is happening right at that moment, and what is going to happen. If things didn't work the way she wanted she would explain why things went the way they did. At no time were we left guessing what is going to happen next. Sara made my wife very comfortable to the best as possible. Her voice is very relaxing and that helped a lot. When a doctor was helping with the I.V., Sara made sure my wife knew she was right there to try and comfort her. My wife told me "her rubbing my arm while he was doing the I.V. really helped me to relax". After the procedure was done and my wife was in recovery, Sara made it a point to check on her and see if she needed anything offering drink, snack, pillow, anything. I knew when I was in the waiting room that Sara was taking good care of my wife and I had nothing to worry about. Thank you for such wonderful nurses, Sara's work ethic should be a standard for all nurses to meet. She is just incredible.
