This nurse was very kind, professional, and informative. She answered all our questions and set up contacts for continued support here and for discharge home, although we didn’t know when that would happen. I am Mom’s primary caregiver now (for the last 8 months). Now that mom demonstrates both dementia and new heart issues, I’ve been a bit nervous about taking her home. This nurse has helped educate me and calm me, and she clearly helped my mom with her new meds and the whole new world of medical issues in general. Thank you to this nurse who helped my whole family!
