Sara is one of those special nurses you meet on the job who truly exemplifies what it means to be an outstanding team member and patient advocate. Her calm demeanor, authentic concerns for our patients' well-being, and commitment to excellence in her many roles as charge nurse make me proud to work alongside her.
She is deserving of special recognition for the regular sacrifices of her personal time she makes (late night hospital transfers) and for routinely going above and beyond to make sure all of our patients receive excellence in nursing care - all the while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile on her face.
Sara is a pleasure to work with and her many contributions to the Infusion Department do not go unnoticed.
