Sara's assignment includes triplets. She completes all cares on time and with grace and a smile on her face working with their mother to coordinate visits and updates. She puts her patient's needs first at all times. Sara always has a great attitude. Always going the extra mile for her patients. She takes extra care when feeding babies and often can get them to take full volumes when no one else can. She takes the time to find out what works for a particular baby.
