Sara made an amazing connection with us. She not only was caring and kind but extremely compassionate. Our stay was short, but Sara made every hour that she was with us awesome. She called me a Rockstar as she attended the last part of my baby’s birth and made me feel like one while taking care of us the next day. My husband and I were so happy to see her come into our room and announce she would be taking care of us for the remainder of our stay. Sara kept the checkout process so smooth, and we felt confident that all paperwork was completed, and that we were ready to go home.

Now for the part that saved my infant son and me precious time of uncomfortable and for my infant's unsatisfying breastfeeding experience. Sara happened to notice that my baby was having trouble latching on comfortably to the breast, she checked his tongue and discovered he was tongue-tied. I had never heard of such a thing and she was the only one to catch it. She called the pediatrician, and we had the procedure done within an hour. Sara is an amazing nurse, and I will never forget her. Thank you.
