Sara Mullikin, RN, BSN

I had a planned surgery on a Wednesday at noon. Sara was the nurse who prepped me for surgery and the nurse who helped me be ready for discharge after the procedure. I was nervous, and Sara is so very good at what she does. IV placement was a breeze, which in the past has been a challenge. She helped explain what to expect, and when I had an incident, passing out, she was there with wet cloths, a warm blanket, and reassurance. Her guidance through the procedure was fantastic. Her personality, sense of humor, and professionalism are stellar. I would love to nominate her for this award. She is a Great Nurse.
