Sarah was one of the RNs who assisted in my bone biopsy at BJC West County. I've had quite a few medical visits over my life, and even more recently. Sarah was above and beyond fantastic.

She explained everything to me, which is not something other medical teams did with me during any other biopsy or test. She treated me like a person and not just another patient. I felt seen and respected. She was friendly, calming, and compassionate.

She deserves to know she impacted my experience in a profound way. I want her to know that she makes a difference.
