Sara is an amazing nurse. Her caring and compassionate demeanor calmed a very scared, exhausted patient who came to the 11th floor through the ER. Already confused with lots of questions, Sara patiently walked me through every lab, every test, every IV, and more - all of it with a calm confidence that inspired trust and calmed my fears. When my family had questions I could not answer Sara took it upon herself to schedule a time to have a very detailed phone conversation with them and did not rush, but spent time answering all their many questions.
Please convey to her my sincere thanks. She is an amazing nurse!
