Right from the start, it was obvious that Sara was very conscientious about following procedures and she did it with a wonderful smile that was contagious! She made me feel calm when I was nervous. She explained things when I had questions or looked confused. She was full of compassion and really cared about me. I could just feel it. She was personable and made me feel good by telling me about her pets because I love animals too. She double-checked things and took quick action when things didn't look right like my blood pressure getting too low.
Sara was very competent and this was such a blessing! She made my daughter feel good too because I was receiving such good care. When you are almost 90 years old, it can be very scary when you get sick because this could be the last days you will have. If Sara was the last new friend I made in my very long life - she surely would be one of the sweetest!
