Sara is the Team Lead in the Cath Lab. She goes above and beyond every day to ensure the Cath Lab runs smoothly. This often requires her jumping into cases, transporting, and starting IVs with ultrasound. She ensures that staff receive lunch every day and that assignments are fair. Doctors appreciate her knowledge base and efficiency. Staff regard her as a mentor and friend. Sara is the perfect example of what a leader should be. She is absolutely the sole reason the department runs proficiently and effortlessly. She goes above and beyond in making sure her patients, doctors, and staff are taken care of with the best care. She is the Jack-of-all-trades and the reason we have a successful cardiology department. She is always stepping in to give a hand wherever needed and always shows great empathy to all.
