She is always willing to step in and help others, no matter how busy the clinic may be. Her teamwork and reliability make her someone everyone can count on, and she plays a vital role in maintaining a supportive and efficient work environment.

We had a patient who was scheduled for infusion but was not feeling well and was waiting in the lobby as the appointment was about 45 minutes later, but Sara got him back to infusion and had the nurse start him sooner than his appointment time. She also had the doctor come out to talk with the patient.

She also has drawn labs and started IVs, being the charge nurse, just to help out the other nurses. Sara is very upbeat and positive every day she is here at work.
