Sara Schell, RN, BAN

Sara picks up extra shifts as needed, listens to nurses, advocates for nurses and she includes all of us in ideas. She has built up our trust again with management as we used to have issues with old management. She cares about our thoughts and needs.

Sara also cares about each one of us nurses individually. She is always looking for ways to improve the outcome of situations by including us in the decision making. Sara is always promoting our hospital no matter the situation. I feel honored to have her as my manager, as she has proved that she is a leader and a trusted one at that.
