She is a trusted advisor for the client and is at the center of all of our clinical conversations. The client leans on her expertise to create strategies and make decisions on how to create the best EMR experience for their clinicians.
Sara has become an invaluable resource on our executive client team for HCA. The breadth of her knowledge around the Oracle Health products, clinical workflows, and best practices is truly amazing. She is a trusted advisor for the client and is at the center of all of our clinical conversations. The client leans on her expertise to create strategies and make decisions on how to create the best EMR experience for their clinicians. Sara also assists in creating client value stories that highlight the benefits of the new products and workflows the client implements. She jumps at the chance to round at the hospitals or clinics to ask clinicians how things are going, if they are benefiting from the improvements we implemented, or just ask what we can do to make their interaction with the EMR better. Sara's involvement with HCA has brought increased credibility and trust and ultimately strengthened our overall relationship.

Sara has almost completely changed the perception of Cerner/Oracle for our client. The client's Vice President of Cerner for their organization and the entire client team (in addition to the clinicians) respect her opinion and seek it when making impactful decisions related to the EHR and building a better environment for their nurses.
She has built numerous relationships both within Oracle and with her clients and is able to clearly articulate solutions and the benefits of those solutions to various roles and groups of people - from nurses to CIOs to analysts.
Sara proactively proposes ways to make things better for clinicians and patients. This can include new sales, but many times is highlighting existing functionality available for the client to configure.
She pushes the client IT team to do better and to think of the impact (value or negative) of the choice they are making and is always there to assist with measuring the outcome of that change.
I can say with certainty that Sara is one of the most valuable people on our client aligned team and is always such a pleasure to work with. She absolutely deserves this award.
