I want to recognize Nurse Sara for the extraordinary care and compassion shown to my family during our visit to the Emergency Department. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed, afraid, and unsure of what to expect. From the moment that we were attended by Nurse Sara, we felt reassured that we were in the best hands.

What impressed me most was how smoothly everything flowed despite the chaos around us. Nurse Sara coordinated care quickly and made sure my son was attended to immediately. The doctor went over each step with us, and Sara made sure we understood everything because she was aware of how we were feeling at the moment, and because of this, we will never forget the difference they made for us.
