One of our APRN's had a patient with autism who recently broke his wrist. The x-ray results took a while to come in and Sara stayed late to splint the patient. Recently, the patient tore off his splint and his mom called us frantic to get it re-wrapped. Sara stayed a second night late to ensure this patient was taken care of which required her to have to rearrange childcare for her children. She never complains and does what's best for our patients. She is a very compassionate nurse who puts the needs of her patients first. This is only one story of how Sara always provides exceptional service to our patients.
