I work for Altru in the foundation. You took care of my dad on Monday, August 16th, and I just wanted to let you know how much my mom and I appreciated the care you gave him – he means the world to us and although you didn’t get to know him that well, he is one of the kindest, most generous, thoughtful souls on the face of this earth. I keep telling him I’d like him around another 30 years, but at 76 he doesn’t think that’s such a good idea! Haha.
Sara Sue , you are truly a gem, and we feel so incredibly blessed to have had you take such good care of my dad! While you have excellent technical skills, you also have a very gentle nature, and your smile/laugh is infectious! We really appreciated the fact that you took the time to explain the why, the what and the where concerning his care, and you were always very patient with our concerns and questions. Because of you, my dad’s stay in ICU was a very pleasant and comfortable one! I don’t think amazing people like you get the recognition they deserve, but I want you to know that it doesn’t go unnoticed, or unappreciated by those you care for and their families.
