During the course of our stay at University Hospital we had excellent care from each of our nurses and doctors. Sara Taylor's care, compassion, sense of humor and knowledge of her skills stood out as exceptional. She not only answered questions and fulfilled requests but also was proactive in predicting our needs. When the day of the ERCP procedure approached, she explained in great detail what we could expect and she was there to greet us warmly when we returned. Her demeanor is genuine and sincere. She is the nurse every patient hopes for.
