Sara took time while working on the floor to go to the gift shop and buy a balloon, puzzle book and card for a patient we (staff) have grown to know and love on our unit. She had all staff sign the card. Sara goes above and beyond to show patients they are cared for. On numerous occasions I have seen her take time to go get items from the gift shop or bring in personal items to fulfill patient needs.
